Lady Centaur
Prepare
Prepare all the element is the most important, it make you have a smooth working process, otherwise you gotta search again in your happy drawing time. Not happy at tall. Because this is only a demo of self photo retouch practice, hence i can・t care much about license problem; I just searched images in the google, and took it down. Look for suitable posture at all, and as large as possible.
Lady First
By doing serial steps in the Blue Channel, such as level, curve, in order to make the black and white more contrast. So, easy, a grey backgrounded hair, is extracted. Note that, not all the image use the blue channel, it depends on the color of hair and background. in this case, i use only the blue one.
The hand
Colorize the hair by Ctrl + U, choose what you like. and then, an important job, draw the cropped hands.
The horse
Now consider the horse, chop the head, new a doc, paste the lady, cut the hip, break the ankle, yes, a little bit bloody, look at the RHS. No problem, we will fix it if it post good.
Black means sexy
Personal taste, I think a black horse would be much sexy, just personal feeling, you can color it whatever you like, maybe dotted, rainbow.
Some accident
There・re always things are unexpected, but this time that・s maybe good, i find an image her wing is so perfect!, after copy it, you should also copy the link address, later, you find the creator to make her credit. Next, old school job, Fill in the blank!
Lady with Wing
Fine, I am quite happy about the posture. I forgot to say, I changed the wing into white.
Environment
Because this practice I doing just fast too hurry, I don・t plan why a lady Centaur doing just action, Now its time to think about it.
Dark Forest

Magic Circle
By searching ：magic circle tutorial； wow, there are matches at the first result, amazing! A tutorial really is talking about drawing them. Good, I made my own circle then
Light it up
Made the light upward by overlaying some lights on her, including the horse, the body, the face, the hair.
Bend the bg
Bend the background, make it look affected by the power of the lady almost finish now, the rest is how to compose the framing.
Finish!
By adding film grains, dust, noise, border, text on it, a retouched photo is done.
It cost me six hours, from idea generating to finish.
